Reid & Adriann Sittler
We are Reid and Adriann Sittler and you may already know us as the owners of Quality Heating & Cooling. As business leaders, we recognized the need for clean, safe and affordable rental properties. We created Sittler Real Estate to fill this need in the community that we live and work.
We are happy to provide rental properties for residential and commercial purposes. Our mission is to ensure a safe and clean environment to live or conduct business. We pride ourselves in providing affordable options in our own community. Plus, we are able to be responsive to the needs of our renters because we are local.
Our Community
We live and work in the community we serve! Our home is in North Canton and our rental properties can be found here and throughout Stark County.
North Canton is located in central Stark County and is considered a suburb of Canton. The population is currently over 17,000. It has a small town feel but with the amenities of a larger city. For example, we are home to superb shopping and dining options. The school district is very highly rated.
